The Principal of Middle School 332 since 2005, Erica Zigelman established solid foundations for her career at New York University <http://nyu.edu> , where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education and Master of Arts in Interrelated Arts in Education. Further advancing her training, Erica Zigelman pursued continuing education in educational leadership at Bank Street College of Education in New York. Most recently, she garnered a Professional Diploma in School District Administration at Iona College in New Rochelle.
In order to best fulfill her educational leadership role, Erica Zigelman has accrued additional education through the New York City <http://iloveny.com> Leadership Academy for Aspiring Principals, Accelerated Literacy Learning Summer Institute for Principals, and the Teacher’s College Project: Harlem Educational Renaissance Secondary Literacy Institute. She currently holds certification as a Permanent New York State School District Administrator and New York State Administrator and Supervisor. Additionally, Ms. Zigelman holds Permanent New York State Performing Arts Dance: Classical Ballet and Permanent New York State Orchestral Music teaching certifications.
